2. Eligibility

3. Our Services
We offer luxury fashion items (footwear, handbags, accessories) and home furnishings internationally where shipping is available. Interior decoration, space planning, sourcing, and installation services are restricted to the United States unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. User Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Product Information & Pricing
We take care to present accurate product descriptions, measurements, and photography. However, natural variations, display calibrations, and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and will notify you if an error impacts an existing order.
6. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Automated confirmations do not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock availability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud.
7. Shipping & International Orders
Shipping charges, delivery times, and fulfillment options are detailed in our Shipping Policy. International orders may incur local customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible retail products in unworn, original condition with tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days per our Returns & Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights are preserved.
9. Interior Decoration Services
Interior projects may require a separate Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or contract outlining scope, timeline, milestones, and deposits. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will prevail.
10. Intellectual Property
All site designs, branding, logos, imagery, digital assets, and interior concepts prepared by HOF remain the intellectual property of House of FIBI Inc. They may not be reproduced, republished, or exploited without our express written consent.
11. Project Photography & Privacy
With prior written consent, HOF may photograph completed interior projects for portfolio or promotional use. Client privacy and non-disclosure requests will be strictly honored, particularly for high-net-worth clients and private residences.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOF's liability for any product purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. For interior services, liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to seek informal resolutions prior to formal legal action.
